I've got a problem with CivCity: Rome.  When I put a waterpump in the map and a towncenter and any houses.  The people at the waterpump don't work they do nothing.  All my houses are at the lowest rank.  Sorry for the bad english i'm coming from holland.

I have made a custom map but do not see any world map when I click on the worldview to be able to set up trade.

I have been looking for a topic on this for an hour and I hope I haven't just overlooked it.
